The Galapagos Master is a 32m, steel yacht with 9 cabins for up to 16 guests. A member of the Master Liveaboards fleet she is one of the newest vessels to cruise the Galapagos Islands.
All cabins are en-suite and air conditioned and split between the upper and lower deck. Communal areas include a large air conditioned indoor lounge and dining area with cushioned seating and TV/AV system situated on the middle deck. Outdoor seating is also available in shaded areas, perfect for relaxing between dives and the upper level sundeck and cocktail bar is the favourite spot to gather to re-live the days diving.
The food on board is freshly prepared and the delicious meals are served buffet style by the onboard chefs. Diving from the Galapagos Master liveaboard can be done from the two high powered tenders or from the main vessel depending on the dive site and conditions. Two dive masters are on-board to accompany the groups.
The well thought out diving deck provides Nitrox or air fills, equipment storage boxes, rinse tanks and warm water shower. Photographers will be happy to hear that there is a 2-tier camera table also to protect their equipment.
Departing from San Cristobal the Galapagos Master offers year round diving holidays, with either 7 night or 10 night itineraries. You generally make 4 dives per day including a night dive and a minimum of 2 days at Darwin and Wolf islands. You can expect to see (amongst many other things) Galapagos Sharks, Tuna, Schooling Hammerheads, Sea Lions, and Eagle-Rays.
